OGP: Where Construction Experience Meets Technology Expertise

Orange Grove Partners (OGP) is led by Kyle Tarr — a seasoned builder and early adopter of construction technology. With a career rooted in managing complex MEP systems on high-rise commercial projects, Kyle brings hands-on expertise across the full project lifecycle — from preconstruction and estimating to commissioning and closeout. By focusing on modern 3d laser scanning techniques, he ensures that every phase of the build is backed by precise data.

What sets OGP apart is a trusted network of top-tier construction and tech professionals. With proven strengths in project execution, scheduling, logistics, prefabrication, and design coordination — plus deep knowledge of tools like a laser scanner and 360° imaging — OGP delivers real-world solutions that drive results on site. Our team utilizes a high-precision 3d laser scanner to verify field conditions, ensuring that every architectural and engineering detail is accounted for before the first stone is laid.

To further enhance project transparency, OGP leverages advanced reality capture software to bridge the gap between the physical site and digital documentation. This allows us to offer comprehensive digital twin services that provide a virtual replica of your asset. By implementing these digital twins services, we help owners and contractors visualize progress and manage facilities with unprecedented clarity and accuracy.

Client-Focused Digital Twin Services & Outcome-Driven Solutions

Builders-first Attitude

OGP is a network of construction professionals first and foremost. We choose to utilize technology on the jobsites to improve the construction process and reduce manual errors. By integrating a mobile laser scanner into our daily site walks, we capture real-time data that traditional methods often miss. Our commitment to 3d laser scanning ensures that our “builders-first” mentality is supported by the most accurate spatial data available today.

Client-focused

We listen, and hear what the needs of your project are to provide straight-forward solutions and game-plans. Whether you require a one-time use of a 3d laser scanner for a renovation or ongoing digital twin services for a multi-year development, we tailor our approach to your specific goals. We help you choose the right reality capture software that fits your existing workflow, ensuring that the technology is an asset rather than a hurdle for your project team.

Outcome-driven

We will work closely with your field and management teams to ensure the process is well-understood by all stakeholders – from Superintendent to Project Owner. Our goal is to ensure that the data from our 3d laser scanning efforts translates into actionable insights on the floor. By providing detailed digital twins services, we deliver a final product that serves the building’s lifecycle long after construction is complete. We ensure your team is fully trained on the reality capture software used, driving measurable outcomes and higher ROI.
